Jenny Liu, Vice President, Founder
Jenny Liu was one of the first visionaries for the museum project. Prior to a career in international consulting, she was an award-winning film editor originally from Shanghai. Prior to working with the Chinese American Museum in DC, she had been a native of Indianapolis, Indiana for twenty-eight years. Ms. Liu brings in-depth leadership experience having worked for Chinese and American consulting companies helping to advance Sino-American joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions in the US and China. Her more than thirty years of international dealings include roles with Emmis Broadcasting Company, Nanocarbon Technology, International Cultural Exchange Services, WWW International Corp., and Elite Education Service where she developed international student exchange programs. In addition to her position at CAMDC, Ms. Liu serves as the Vice President of the Philip Qiu and Family Foundation in the United States, a nonprofit organization focusing on helping disabled children through art and musical therapies and education in public and private schools in the US.
