Mei Xu, founder and CEO of MeiXu.com, is a lifelong businesswoman, founder of Pacific Trade International and Chesapeake Bay Candle. Since successfully launching her brands into international household names, Mei has dedicated her time to mentoring and extending marketing resources to women owned businesses and early venture entrepreneurs.  

Bay Fang has been making splashes in the world of journalism and diplomacy for over 20 years, with a passion to encourage freedom of speech and unbiased journalism across Asia. Bay was also a former Deputy Assistant Secretary of State.
